Carhartt Reworked is our dedicated resale program aimed at extending the life of durable workwear. We trade in, repair, and resell pre-owned Carhartt gear to keep it out of landfills and on the job.
How do you determine the condition of Reworked items?
Every garment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We categorize items into three grades: 'Excellent' (near new), 'Very Good' (minor signs of wear), and 'Great' (visible character/fading but fully functional).
What is your return policy for pre-owned gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for Reworked products. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all internal Reworked tags still attached.
How long does shipping take for Reworked orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I trade in my old Carhartt gear via mail?
Currently, trade-ins are accepted at participating Carhartt retail stores. Our team will evaluate your gear on-site and provide an immediate gift card for eligible items.
Are Reworked items covered by the Carhartt Grounded Warranty?
Because Reworked items are pre-owned and often repaired, they are not covered by our standard lifetime warranty. However, we guarantee they meet our high standards for durability at the time of purchase.
